School of Behavioral Sciences
The School of Behavioral Sciences at the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yafo is considered one of the finest and most prestigious Behavioral Sciences schools in Israel.
This unique school, where students can truly maximize their potential and skills, is exceptional thanks to the technologically advanced infrastructure at the various research laboratories, its bright, young and dynamic faculty, small classes, personal attention to each student and, above all – its constant strive for academic excellence. The faculty's highly receptive and supportive attitude toward the students, and the open door policy, provide students with the support they need, both academic and personal.
The School offers a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences. The program is in effect structured as a double major in Psychology and Sociology. While the majority of students wish to pursue a career in psychology (which in Israel requires a Master's degree), the curriculum is designed to provide theoretical and methodological foundations that prepare graduates for advanced degrees, as well as for integration into a variety of workplaces and occupations.
Our M.A. program in Psychology includes a unique range of majors that include Clinical psychology – specializing in either adults, children or developmental, Medical psychology, Rehabilitative psychology and Vocational psychology.
